Omnipal provides standard solutions for palletizing boxes, crates, buckets and cans. Omnipal builds these palletizers as well standalone with the pallet on the floor as fully automated to the supply and transport of pallets using AGVs and automatic pallet wrapping systems. The palletizer is designed so that products can be invoked easily on all sides and pallets transported in all directions. The partnership with Siemens automation provides an extremely reliable partner in automation and a global product and software support necessary to preserve our 100% customer satisfaction. The flexibility and simplicity of the control unit is an added value for your end of line packaging. There can be switched quickly, new products and palletising patterns can be easily created by the operator using the large touch panel.

To increase the packaging capacity, it is possible to use the automatic in and outfeed option. Depending on the application, a roller conveyor or chain conveyor is used.
STORAGE FOR 16 PALLETS

Using a pallet magazine for automatic pallet infeed. By default, the pallet storage capacity is 16 pallets.
FULL AUTOMATIC STRETCH WRAPPING
